Computer Documentation Organizing
Computer Documentation Organizing is the organizing of computer files (ex: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint).
Sometimes we have files that are too hard to find on the computer when they are not organized. It is advantageous to CREATE FOLDERS for our files, but it is important to choose names wisely. Just because it is in a Folder doesn't necessarily mean it will be easy to locate.
Sometimes we forget to delete files we no longer need. That is why it is helpful for us to review what we have every once in awhile. This can help your computer run smoother and free up needed space.

What is also vital for you is to back up your data on a USB drive, and store the USB drive in a safe location. A safe location can be a waterproof and fireproof box, or a bank lock box. If you do not back up your data you will lose your valuable information forever. Just stop and think about the cost of that tragedy. These small steps can save you a load of stress and anxiety now and in the long run.
