About The Owner
Miss Brandice Diaz

Company History
I have always enjoyed cleaning and organizing since I was a kid. When I was bored and couldn’t play outside, I stood on a chair and cleaned every little glass on my grandma’s chandelier or in her china cabinet.
I cleaned out the lazy susan and washed each and every last jar and bottle. It made me happy knowing my work could be appreciated and made my family happy.
When I see a closet full of “junk” I am that weirdo that gets excited to be able to put things in their proper place! It’s a part of my being!
Increase Your Peace® Support Services started out as Neat & Clean Jewelry Queen, LLC in Long Island, New York. It was then moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee, where I lived to help my Mom and get a fresh start down south.
In 2020, Neat & Clean Jewelry Queen, LLC was changed and re-branded to Increase Your Peace® Business & Personal Support Services, LLC.
Increase Your Peace® is a registered trademark.
In my many years of helping people, I developed a great amount of skills. My most known attributes are: organizational skills, being detail-oriented, being meticulous about the quality of my work, being honest, being respectful, and giving back to others.
Assistant Manager - Working as an Assistant Manager has taught me to be a creative thinker, problem solver, and it taught me how to make things work. We had to constantly change the store schematics, which required organization skills. EVERYTHING had to be placed on the sales floor, which required us to be SUPER creative!
Federal Work Study - As a Federal Work Study in my first year of college, boredom caused me to reorganize 10+ years of slovenly kept files by:
-
updating labels
-
replacing torn and damaged folders
-
re-alphabetizing the 20 file cabinets
-
relabeling the drawers according to the changes
-
shredding duplicate document; and more
I enjoyed every bit of the tedious work, especially after seeing the finished product and knowing it made the file system easier to use.
Also as a Federal Work Study, I was also able to assist by:
-
Creating many forms
-
Re-creating outdated forms (because of the lack of appeal, typos, unaligned text, and many other errors)
IF YOU OWN A BUSINESS: Any documentation that comes from a company represents the company. If you have sloppy, illegible, and unprofessional documentation, it is a reflection of you. It shows a lack of care, concern, and interest in the people you are serving.
Associate Registrar - as an Associate Registrar I assisted in federal and state audits. I have been told I need to become an auditor because of my “keen eye”, attention to details, and being a stickler for following rules and regulations.
My co-workers would hope I would miss when they did not follow procedure, and hated when I spotted it.
Mentors - I worked under a few AMAZING mentors! They were meticulous and detail-oriented like me, which sharpened my skills. (For example, I was not allowed to use certain fonts because of the effects it can have on the eyes)
By using a combination of what I listed above. I started this business so I can help others, be there for my family, grow spiritually, and work on my own schedule.
Thank you for taking your time to read this. Your time is precious!
Sincerely,
Miss B. Diaz ☺️
